Toys

In our legislation, children enjoy special protection because they constitute a consumer group worthy of protection.

The majority of toys that exceed the permissible limits are imported from Asia.

Several times a year, products are withdrawn from circulation by the authorities or called back by toy manufacturers and importers.

We carry out chemical analyses of your toys according to DIN EN 71. Furthermore, we test your product for the presence of other critical ingredients such as

  • plasticisers
  • poly-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)
  • brominated flame retardants
  • phosphorous flame retardants
  • organotin compounds
  • phenolic compounds (e. g. nonylphenol, bisphenol A)
