It is known as GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography).\u00a0 After that, the large volume of solvent is reduced in a vacuum to less than one milliliter.\u00a0 This method was developed in the 1980s and is still in use today in residue laboratories.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2595\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pica-berlin.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/anna2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"730\" height=\"353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pica-berlin.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/anna2.png 985w, https:\/\/www.pica-berlin.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/anna2-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/www.pica-berlin.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/anna2-768x371.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">PICA Method\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Conventional Method<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The time needed for the measurements that follow in the latest measurement system UHPLC-MSMS and GC-MSMS can also be reduced by optimizing the measurement parameters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With this procedure we can offer an express screening analysis for pesticides in fats and oils (same day, one day, two days).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our procedure is validated for an oil mixed matrix made up of raw soy bean, olive, sunflower seed and sesame oils. The quality and correctness of the method have been 100% confirmed in annual FAPAS ring tests since it was developed in 2015 (see\u00a0 table).
